RURAL TOWERS AND OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE SITES AGGREGATION
As wireless and mobile networks grow, the volume of data carried means that the operators need more and more network capacity - which will be provided by more sites being used alongside new technology. 5G will add to this demand for new sites as the frequencies that will be used travel less distance.
As well as traditional macro site coverage local needs will be supplemented with small cells to provide the coverage. In other words the demand for new wireless and mobile sites will increase over the next few years.
Entire Network Solutions work with portfolio owners to offer the wireless and mobile operators (and their site acquisition contractors) an aggregated portfolio of available existing or potential wireless or mobile base station sites. The advantages of this are a known and reliable process is used to market the sites which the operators like as it familiar to them and they understand the timelines involved allowing them accurate project forecasting. We have provided these services to major property chains such as Westfield, Stockland, AMP Retail, Lend Lease and QIC along with numerous radio tower owners.
In regional areas our teams work with remote tower owners, grain silo owners and the owners of other vertical infrastructure (such as water towers) to maximise the opportunities to attract revenues from telco and wireless companies wishing to locate there. We take this a stage further in regional areas and offer a full tower maintenance service as well.
From time to time we will also invest in towers and other vertical infrastructure in regional areas. We also offer financed build to suit new towers for wireless operators and telco carriers.
By using continuous coverage review tools our highly experienced engineers conduct analysis of the networks coverage currently available and show improvements to coverage and / or capacity by using sites located on our managed aggregate portfolio. This offers a visual and compelling marketing tool to demonstrate the value of the sites to the operators.
Our property and commercial team are all experienced in dealing with and negotiating terms with the wireless and mobile operators - from master lease /licence agreements through to "one off" site deals. They work with the property owners legal teams to ensure satisfactory outcomes of leasing and licencing. (And where a property owner does not have in house legals we can recommend a specialist telco property law firm to help)
When it comes to installation and ongoing operations our teams ensure compliance to approved designs at the initial install and also for any upgrades using both technology and actual inspections. Our operation team monitor and update access requirements and protocols to suit the portfolio owners needs.
